At HALOOMLUX, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under normal circumstances.
Exchange Eligibility (Only for Damaged or Wrong Products)
We only offer exchange in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective item received
To request an exchange, customers must provide:
- A complete unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package
- The video must clearly show the issue with the product
⚠️ Important:
Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests cannot be processed under any circumstances.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Size-related issues
- Minor color variations due to lighting/screens
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchange Request Timeframe
